Which law allowed states to pass right-to-work laws? A. Fair Labor and Standards Act of 1938 B. Taft-Hartley Act of 1947 C. Equal Pay Act of 1963 D. Civil Rights Act of 1964

Equal pay act was about different genders being allowed to work (and getting the same pay). The civil rights act was about preventing segregation. The Taft- Hartley act was about financial things (don't remember, sorry) I would have to go with A because it made rules about minimum wage and we still use that today, and that answer applies to us much more than the others. Another one that could be a possibility would be the Civil Rights act and ending segregation.
