How do I know which is the most common? Low fuel landing had 25%

The answer would be 35. I believe this would be correct; You would add up the total number of pilots (25+115=140) Then since low fuel landing has the most percentage you would multiply .25x140= 35. Thats how many pilots were tested in that area.
