find sin of angle A http://media.education2020.com/evresources/2090738_trig2.jpg

OpenStudy (anonymous):

In order to find Sine of an angel you have to divide Opposite by Hypotenuse. Do you know how to identify those?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

yes i do but i dont get any of the answers that they give me

OpenStudy (anonymous):

What are the answers?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

a. 3/5 b. 4/5 c. 1 d. 5/4

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Well if you take the Opposite/Hypotenuse you would get 10 divided by 8 which is 1.25 but if we want to put that into fraction form it would be 5/4 because you would make it into an improper fraction which would be 1 and 1/4 and if you multiply and add that you would end up with 5/4, do you get that?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

yes i get it. so the answer would be D?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Yes, it should be!

OpenStudy (anonymous):

thank you so much

OpenStudy (anonymous):

my explanation for the answer is a little messed up, but the answer is D, and you're welcome! :)
