Mods can see pretty much everything but DM's, but they can see reported DM's

If the message is reported, it goes into the log and through the log they can check it.

Mods can see deleted messages through the moderation history. They can not see PMs, only admins can.

It was no bluff, the log is accessible through a link, in which the user is granted access only if they have enough permissions(basically you have to be a moderator or above). Now that it's open information, enjoy wannabee hackers, I wish you good luck in finding a "cookie" c;
