HI!!

OpenStudy (misty1212):

from step two to step three was squaring

(y-3)^2 is actually (y-3)(y-3)

OpenStudy (misty1212):

\[(y-3)^2=(y-3)(y-3)=y^2-3y-3y+9=y^2-6y+9\] for example
