What is the domain and range of f(x) = cos(x)? a. The domain is all real numbers and the range is -1

OpenStudy (misty1212):

HI!!

OpenStudy (misty1212):

what is the difference between A and C?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

i really have no clue on how to do this :/

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Domain: R (All real numbers) Range: [−1, 1]

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Since the graph of this is the wavey thing starting at y=1 and never going below -1, 1 and -1 are included. The domain is all real numbers because the graph is elliptical and goes on forever in either direction.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

then all the multiple choices are wrong??

OpenStudy (anonymous):

it should be -1 ( less than or equal to) y (greater than or equal to) 1

OpenStudy (anonymous):

for the range

OpenStudy (anonymous):

hey i need your help
