I'm not saying it's "impossible" but if it ever does happen, all you have to do is call your card issuer (your bank) and tell them about certain doubts of purchases that you never made. They will help you try to see if you did make the purchase or not, if it's not you then there will be an investigation launched with the card issuer's fraud department and that money will be credited back to you.

It's very easy. Paypal helps you step by step. I have bought allot of things from eBay and Amazon and I've payed with Paypal and in my personal opinion it's a great and amazing way to pay fast online. No issues, no doubts, no personal info will be given out. 100% secure never has there been a problem reported with Paypal.
