Flying owlbucks mean that if you have owlbucks you can give it to another user :)

it means many are giving others owlbucks and throwing them in the air, this also means that there is probably openstudy moderators around throwing owlbucks at people.

I don't really see anyone answering it correctly..lol.

Flying Owlbucks means that OpenStudy gave owlbucks to some moderators and admins. And they will be using the Give Owlbuck feature to throw owlbucks to any user.

So basically you may be hit with a flying owlbuck from some mod, and you will be one lucky user (:
