OpenStudy NEEDS a step-by-step "how to use" when new people register.
People don't know how to ask, close, give medals, etc.

From what I understand, then a user first makes their account, there are pop up bubbles that guide the user through all such things :)
if anything, many of our users have made posts on Tutorials on how to use OpenStudy and there is even a tutorial on Youtube users can reference!
