OpenStudy (anonymous):

You own a high speed digital camera that can take a picture every 0.5 seconds. You decide to take a picture every 0.5 seconds of your physics teacher as she drops a watermelon off the top of the school. After you develop and analyze the pictures, you realize that the distance the watermelon falls from the teacher in each new picture is

OpenStudy (mrnood):

this question is evidently not complete. the melon is accelerating under gravity - the distance if falls will increase in each picture because its velocity increases. Incidentally after only 2s it will drop 20m, and after 3s it will drop 45m - so unless the school is in a skyscraper you will not get many pictures before it hits the floor. (and who 'develops' digital pictures anyhow???!)
