It depends on the subject, if you want to get an Englis title you have to have 50 medals from English.

You have to get more medals on the specific subject itself.

You need a minimum of 50 medals in that section to get the first title.
You need 550 medals in that specific section, at least 500 medals in the section, and enough smartcents to get the second title.
Good luck getting the third title. :)

Super Liberian... "good luck" lol, anyways but yes to get a title of class level 1, you need 50 medals.
