Yeah, definitely B. Nixen caused a major problem, but was caught by two reporters. Because of the Freedom of the press, they wrote about it. Nixen was almost impeached, but to avoid the embarrassment, he resigned from office. :) (I just realized I way over explained. Of well, now you know a lot.).
