"No, I don't think the state should have the power to kill a person for breaking the law, no matter what the situation was or is. Its unfair that they get to kill without it being considered breaking the law, while if we break it, we get executed. They were doing the same thing, but vice versa. The survey question is biased in that they used the word "kill" instead of "execute" and did not specify "breaking the law" by identifying the crime. It creates bias." i would suggest doing it something like that :)
