we use a positive number in front of x to represent a horizontal shift right and a negstive numbner to go left, on y we do the asme thing except the shift is vertical

so for a translation of 3 units right and 4 units down would be (x,y) --->> (x+3,y-4)

do the same thing with your question but there is no horizontal shift since its only 5 units up
