With regard to alcohol use, how was prohibition different from temperance? (1 point) Temperance allowed people under 18 to drink alcohol, but prohibition outlawed it. Temperance allowed for bars to serve certain kinds of alcohol, but prohibition allowed no alcohol. Temperance meant refraining from alcohol use, and prohibition meant passing laws to prevent it. Temperance meant women were allowed to consume alcohol, but prohibition meant they were not.
