The English words pedagogue and pediatrician are derivatives of the Greek word pedo. Based on this information, what is the most likely meaning of the Greek word pedo?
@Daveqwerty @Hami1017

I think the correct answer would probably be B, "god of sleep".
B for this one too.
For an example "pedo"file which has to do with children, if you know what I mean.

Read this sentence from the passage: Finally, nothing remained of her except her voice, which from then on repeated, with unerring fidelity, every sound uttered in the hills and dales. Based on these lines of the passage, what is the most likely name of the mountain nymph?
Venus Ares Echo Demeter
I need the answer choices please.
Never mind I see them
Venus Ares Echo Demeter
Narcissus was the son of the river god Cephisus and the nymph Lyriope. He was known for his beauty. A mountain nymph became enamored of this beautiful but vain youth. He, however, failed to return her love, which so grieved her that she gradually pined away, becoming a mere shadow of her former self. Finally, nothing remained of her except her voice, which from then on gave repeated, with unerring fidelity, every sound uttered in the hills and dales. Narcissus himself also met with an unhappy fate, for Aphrodite punished him by causing him to fall in love with his own image. He was once walking by a lake and decided to drink some water. He saw his reflection in the water and, surprised by the beauty he saw, became entranced by the reflection of himself. He could not obtain the object of his desire though. Consumed with unrequited love, he wasted away and was changed into the flower that bears his name. According to the myth, Narcissus is still admiring himself in the underworld, looking at the waters of the Styx.
