D. is an example of political propaganda.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

The statement is trying to get votes for the education plan it is supporting. This makes it propaganda.

OpenStudy (ciaraxcx):

The answer is D. The definition of political propaganda is this: : ideas or statements that are often false or exaggerated and that are spread in order to help a cause, a political leader, a government, etc. So, the reason D is right is because it is exaggerated and is being said to get the Democratic side more votes.
