Select the FIVE results of the Dred Scott decision. 1 Dred Scott remained a slave. 2 The fugitive slave law was declared unconstitutional. 3 A slave was ruled to be a non-citizen with no right to sue in federal court. 4 Freeing a slave against his master's wishes was ruled to be a violation of due process of law. 5 The Missouri Compromise was declared unconstitutional. 6 Proslavery people were alarmed. 7 The U.S. Constitution appeared to support slavery.
