Who was Thomas Aquinas? A. a thirteenth-century scientist who tried to prove that God did not exist B. a thirteenth-century author who used reason and logic to explain Christian beliefs C. a thirteenth-century warrior who invaded Palestine to regain control of the Holy Land for Christians D. a thirteenth-century descendant of Charlemagne who used reason and logic to end the Crusades
I think the answer is A.
YES IT IS A
Thank you, @ahmadshehadeh101 ! :D
Thomas is honored as a saint by the Catholic Church and is held to be the model teacher for those studying for the priesthood, and indeed the highest expression of both natural reason and speculative theology.
He could have never proved god wasn't real if he was honored a saint.
Thank you also, @Cblount !
I have a few more questions if any of you guys could help out. I would really appreciate it! :)
