Question

Well, pollution would probably be the most significant, and it affects the rest of the world through the means of production and the household/government uses those PROGRAMS. I'm not totally sure what it is asking, but I'd say that the government would support and encourage more recycling and whatnot in the households, as they do now, by having (in my area, anyways) mandatory recycling and garbage bins.
