Okay. Here's what I'd say: "The main reason, although there's many, why I want to work for Chipotle is to help provide for my family. They mean everything to me, and this is an amazing restaurant. If you hire me, I can promise you that I will do my absolute best. Also, I absolutely love the service here, and I admire them - their skill and kindness - every time I come to your restaurant. This is why. Thank you for your time and consideration." something along those lines.
