I think A and D because the purple butterfly that you see now has changed when you see it as a little kid. There has been a change in species or diversification in the area. It changed over time slightly. It happens when the genetic material in the butterfly is passed from one to the next generation.
I still don't know about A, I would prob choose D and C because it didn't specify which weeds were changing. Because it's still changing, Because they have now become resistant, it didn't say that they were resistant before.

And you still got it wrong lol change over time does not always mean growth or physical change, it could also mean genetic change. I would pick B because resistance to a killer means it adapted and changed some biological trait. Not something that happens over night. It cant be D because that's just selection, whether it be artificial or natural. A is mutation in genes.

Actually, I do think D is one of the answers because your time and your grandfather's time are totally different and if one had more spots than the other, it's because they changed. And I also agree with C, as well, but there's one more, apart from C and D, that I would go with.
