Which of the phases below are able to be compressed? Solid only Liquid only Gas only**** Liquid and Gas am I right ? if not can someone please explain ! (:

I think gas only, since, empirically, the molecules of a gas can be enclosed in spaces, with different dimensions, depending on the temperature of that gas. Liquids, on the other hand, are poorly compressible, since among the molecules of a liquid are acting some residual forces, namely the so called Van der Waals forces. So your answer is right!
