fun fact, if you suspend/ban someone on the same IP enough, it will IP ban them and say "your IP appears to have been banned by a moderator for policy violations"

Iambatman you already have an IP ban tool, just suspend the same user 3 to 10 times and it will result in a ip ban

This is very worrysome. The site has been running slow, slow enough so that I got worried enough to register to see what was wrong. If this biby truly has the means to do a DDos, then it may actually be the downfall of the site.

See, by adding a threat to it this falls under a few things such as a terrorist act, or 18 U.S.C. §1951 for extortion that affects commerce, 18 U.S.C. §875 for threats transmitted in interstate commerce, and 18 U.S.C. §876 for mailing threatening communications as well as the entire Computer Fraud and Abuse Act that has tons of nasty consequences.

Computer criminals have received up to 20 years in federal prison. Most of the basic attack ones just end up with 1 to 5 years and fines up to $250,000. Basically, the attacker has set themselves up for a completely ruined life. And if it is bibby, well, for someone that keeps posting in chat about how great it is to have sex with girls under 13, I do not think the world will shed a tear.

Um, that reminds me. A terrorist can actually, on flights with plugs under their seats, plug in their computer to it and hack. They can enter the airplane's database and FLY THE AIRPLANE FROM THEIR OWN HANDS and literally even the pilots can't contact control tower everything is in the terrorist's hands. This is horrible.
