Divide 60 by 3 then times that answer by 10 and you will get your answer I hope this helped If you still need help let me know :)
in 3 minute = 10 problem in 1 minute =\[\frac{ 10 }{ 3 }\]
you know how much in one minute so for one hour that is 60 minute just multiply with 60
