Just remember you don't want your title to give away your essay, the title is meant to give the easy flavorful so something that is spunky

Well the common thread between all your main topics is distraction, so try to work that into the title: Distracted and alienated, are smart phones a smart device? Something along those lines would grab the reader/listeners attention.

hmm, that's a good one, too. we did a practice today, and when my introducer said my current title (Yes, Smartphones Really DO Have Disadvantages), everyone watching laughed. so i guess i might just stick with that one. i don't really have enough time to change it anyway...
