so far I have this In the fourth book of this series (because Michael decided to write a report on the first book), Michael, his girlfriend Taylor, Ostin, Abigail, Mckenna, Ian, Jack, Zeus(Frank), and Tessa are on their way to Timepiece Ranch, which is a base owned by the voice, who is the person helping them on the dangerous missions he sends them off to. When Michael and co finally arrive at the ranch, Ostin’s parents make an appearance. He and Michael are happy, because they have not seen Ostin’s parents since the first book. While Ostin’s family is having a happy reunion, Michael hears his mother’s voice and gets excited to see her, because Right after he saved her from getting killed by Dr. Hatch and the Elgen Force, he got lost in a jungle after running from the Elgen Force who tried to kill him by shooting from the air, but that is a different story. He and Taylor say hello to Mrs. Vey, and they all go inside the ranch after getting instructions. A woman assigns them to their rooms, putting two people to a room. She delivers good news to Zeus telling him that the shower water is concentrated, so he can finally shower after 12 years of not showering for fear that he would electrocute himself.
They find out that this next mission will be sending them to China to rescue a girl named Lin Julung (which translates into Jade Dragon) from the evil hands of the Elgen who try to make her give up the formula that they need to fix the MEI and make more electric children that will aid Hatch in taking over the world.Taylor’s mum shows up, and she is uber happy. When they leave for China two days later, Taylor is upset, and she starts feeling homesick on the plane. She reads Michael’s mind because she is leaning on him, and finds out that they are making a pitstop in California to pick up Nichelle, because the voice’s council said she would help them immensely with the mission. Michael breaks the news to the group and they are angry, but go along with it.
After arriving in China, a man named Ben (works for the voice) takes them to their hotel, and tells them the plan for rescuing Lin Julung. The have to enter this Elgen Base because Hatch improved security, and the Lung Li is helping them. They know that this mission is impossible, but for the sake of all humanity, they decide to go along with it. They cannot blow up the base because it produces power for all of China, and they would be named terrorists a second time. The first being when they blew up the Peruvian base. A couple of days before the death mission, Nichelle goes to Hatch and tells him the plans of the Electroclan. He sends Tara to go and take out taylor and step in her place because they are twins. The next day, the group gets kidnapped by Hatch’s men, who were given the lead by Nichelle. They get put into the Elgen cell

so apparently it is plagarizing if a teacher asks you to do a book report on a book an author wrote, because we use his or her book to "remember"

No. That's the teacher's work. If they let you use that as a template, it's fine, but you're using another student's work and basically add in whatever you dont have as YOUR work.
