Do you mean New England, as in America? Or rather England itself? Either way, let's try to work it out with clues. Which is hard for this bit.... Revolution. A revolution is a fundamental change in power or organizational structures that takes place in a relatively short period of time. And it is Industrial. The industrial revolution took place in America from about 1790 to 1825, and resulted in many inventions. These inventions allowed for remarkable progress in harvesting cotton, textiles, and even produced the factory system. This actually hurt England since some of these invention designs were taken from England, like the cotton gin for example.
