OpenStudy (lesterm):

Which of the following is true about the cells of the human body? Environmental factors cannot influence the development of a cell. All cells in the human body are shaped like discs and contain one nucleus. Different cells perform different functions within the human body. The genetic information contained in cells differs between cell types.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Cheek cells are flat and irregularly ovoid or round. Muscle cells are long tubular, and taper at the ends, nerve cells can be really oddly shaped with thin projects from a main body. Red blood cells do not have a nucleus, and thus have no genetic material in them. All cells that have DNA in them have the exact same (excluding rare mutations) DNA. Many chemicals affect developing cells, and do other types of environmental factors. For instance, finger prints form due to physical interactions during gestation. Finally, I've already mentioned a few cell types, were they all the same, doing the same job?
