The reason why it would be I is because in sentences, people use I instead of me. An example is "Lilly and I." If you were at the beggining of the phrase, then it would be "Me and Lilly." Mine is a possesive pronoun, so it in't that one. Therefor, those who said B is correct! Toodles!
