Hi, I am just getting started and cannot load mathlet because of Java. I tried adding to security, but the mathlet will not work. Any suggestions?

If the mathlet you need hasn't been translated to javascript yet, you can use Firefox with some settings modifications. Specifically, you'll have to add the URL of each mathlet as a trusted site in the security settings for Java (in you Control Panels if in windows).

Using the search function in the 'start' area, search "Configure Java." After that, go to security, and go down to "Exceptions site list." From there, click "Edit site list" and add the URL of the page as one of the exceptions. Give it a few minutes and reload the page - it should work fine after that!
