If someone was on the moon, what phases of the moon would that person have to be on in order for them to be visible on Earth?

I have no idea that's why I asked the question cx
Well, if they are on any part that is facing the earth and lit, they would possibly be visible with a really powerful telescope... but we also see the moon when it is dark. It is kind of an odd question.
And how the phazes work: http://www.moonconnection.com/moon_phases.phtml So it really depemds on where they are and when and what is being used to view them.
thats true tho
