If you are told the triangles are equilateral, and you know that a circle is 360 degrees. then you know that since there are 5 triangles, 360/5=72. Since that one angle is bisected by the red dotted line, divide 72/2. Now you know that there is a right angle, and the other angle is 36 (72/2). add those and you get 126. Since there are 180 degrees in a triangle, 180-126= 54. Angle 3 is 54 degrees.|dw:1430623453226:dw|
