@triciaal
is it a?
i think its c
NO obviously cannot be you have the semi circle on top of the rectangle perimeter is all the way around see it automatically has to be more than 3 + 6 + 3
oh wow thats simple how u did it thanks
what is the perimeter for the semicircle? remember the diameter is 2* radius r = d/2
so its c
Okay, so perimeter of a rectangle is 2H+2L, so 2(3)+2(6), which is 18. But, since the diameter of the circle is inside the figure, its not part of the perimeter. so, actually, 12. The perimeter of a sphere is it's circumference (which is 2pi*r), since this is a half-circle, you need half of the circumference, so just (pi*r). The diameter is 6, so the radius is 3. 3pi is the circumference of the half-circle. So 12+3pi, simplified is 21.42477796, or C.
do you see 1/4 of a circle since you have a 90 degree angle ?
