so im assuming the first part is to put spouses names, and then the tittle.
The tittle can be like, ___ and ___'s Wedding at (churche's name)

I don't know what the rest means. But I assume the hymns are catholic songs for weddings.
Maybe you can look up a few.
Also, a few websites probably have the normal vows, that you can probably add to to make it more unique for the couple.
