i just wanted to make it more simple. cause 7/2 was the slope and to find perpendicular, you had to do the opposite sign and the recoprocal...

Oh, gotcha. So for the answer, I would put perpendicular: 2/7 parallel: -7/2

yea for parallel all you need to change is the y intercept...
