Germany was more successful than United States and Great Britain in reducing unemployment because during 1932, Adolf Hitler had rose into power and revitalized the German economy by turning the government into a one-party dictatorship where he then began to borrow and confiscate property on a large-scale. Hitler financed Germany’s economy through military buildup which in return lowered the country’s unemployment rate

Well the paragraph contains grammatical mistakes as well. The lines that need revision are as follows:
Adolf Hitler had risen into power (When you're using "had" the statement is in past participle so you can't use a verb that is in perfect past)
