you said all slave were free....not all of them were free...well in their mindset...due to the fact rhe picking cotton and doing work on the plantations was all that they knew...so when they were "free" they worked as "freemen" in the plantations becuz they didnt know anything else like school work...werent as literate as southerns or as people in the north

They knew school work. They were thought school work while in slavery. Well at least some did. Some slaves were sent to good parts of the north for people who didn't agree with slavery after 1865.

which was half of the north...but even at that most of that went back to the plantations...and after that went to the farms with the rest to learn and farm ad grow crops that would make the economy be rich

Why would any slaves try to work again after they be free. In fact some slaves (If you didn't know.) tried to escape from slavery. Including this, some slaves couldn't go to the north. When they were aloud to stop slavery some of the slave masters start killing there slaves not wanting them to go. some slaves were homeless and died

yes...i never knew that the slave master killed them...i read in the books that they were put in hot boxes and beat...then if they tried to run again then they were hunted down and killed
