Help! Given f(x) = x^2 - 6 and g(x) = sqrt(x-2) find f(g(6)) Thanks

OpenStudy (welshfella):

first work out g(6) by plugging in x = 6 into sqrt(x - 2) then plug in this value into f(x) and work it out

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Heres what I got, sqrt(6-2) that equals 4 then I put 4 into f(x). f(x) = 4^2 = 16
