So we know that blood vessels transport blood. The classification of a drug that reduced the diameter of blood vessels as a vasoconstrictor, the opposite of a vasodilator which would increase the diameter of the blood vessels. Imagine a pipe carrying water if you increased the width of pipe more water would be able to get through, but also since there would be so much more space the pressure of the water passing through would decrease. The opposite is true if one were to decrease the diameter of the pipe, less water would get through but it would be under much higher pressure

well given what I've told you this should be an easy choice for you. You can eliminate the heart rate choices because that's not what the drug does. So would narrowing the blood vessels increase or decrease the pressure of the blood within those vessels?
