How is the maximum yield calculated?

The maximum yield is usually the same as the theoretical yield. it usually contains of 3 steps: 1) Write up the balanced reaction equation you work with. 2) Determine the amount of reactant you will be using for your experiment. 3) Calculate the amount of products made from the limited reactant (with or without equilibrium conditions).
