I need help writing a poem for the graduating seniors!!

We're graduating
How wounderful all those year have been funfull
Even my hopes, dreams, and love means everything to me
I still won't give up on something
My life is what I need for us Seniors to be gratefully
Our parents and families never let us down
But someday we will have them all in our house
Senior year was great
I met the true love of my life and we swept away
Prom was the best, good job on the decorations
Getting engaged soon in the future we shall always be known as
2015 Seniors
