What is the center and what is the radius of a circle perpendicular to the circles (x-1)^2+(y-1)^2 =2^2 and (x-5)^2+(y-9)^2=4^2 and which contains the point (5,1)?

so I'm given two circle equations. once with the center (1,1) and radius 2 and the other with center (5,9) and radius 4 ...
though I don't think center (5,9) is right? why is the radius so small ont hat one?! Anyway...
first I draw the cienter and the radius.... along with that point
