the standard form of the equation is \[(x - h)^2 + (y - k)^2 = r^2\] (h, k) is the centre of the circle and r is the radius. Substitute your information and then you have the equation in a standard form. Depending on the question you may need to expand the perfect squares in x and y hope it helps
