Just completed reading Ch. 1 and 2 in the book and reading the Session 1 guide...are we really suppose to know how to write the tic tac toe program after the first lesson? I looked at the program with the comments and it was over 7 pages long!

I just came back to this to review something and saw your question, but I am 90% sure that when I went through this course I skipped that. Im not sure why, and I don't want to bother worrying about it, but you should be fine.
