It's A. Not sure whether the 6 is repeating or the 67 is repeating, either way it's pretty close to 2/3 and 6/11 is a little more than 1/2. Start by weeding out numbers that aren't between 1/2 and 2/3.

2/3 = 66/99, so 69/99 is more than 2/3.
22/33 = 2/3, so 24/33, so more than 2/3
26/55 is less than 1/2, which is less than 6/11, so 26/55 is less than 6/11.

11/18 is the only choice between 6/11 and 2/3.
