hmm not 100% sure but I think, simple predicate usually refers to the verb while complete predicate refers to the verb and the modifier of the verb. If the underlined words are only "looking forward", then this is simple predicate or compound verb. If the underlined word is from the subject to the object, then I think it should be complete predicate.
