HanAkoSolo (jamierox4ev3r):

hmm... your attachments aren't really working for me :/

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Do you want me to post them in the comments?

HanAkoSolo (jamierox4ev3r):

and is your question 2x + 5y or 2x-5y?

HanAkoSolo (jamierox4ev3r):

and no, that's fine.

HanAkoSolo (jamierox4ev3r):

2x 5y? is there no operation?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

My question is What is the graph of -2x - 5y = 20?:

HanAkoSolo (jamierox4ev3r):

OH lol you didn't post the negatives originally :P

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Oh sorry they weren't working for some reason.

HanAkoSolo (jamierox4ev3r):

okay. So you remember that you need to solve for y, correct? Because slope intercept form is y=mx+b

HanAkoSolo (jamierox4ev3r):

I will start, and I want to see if you can continue. -2x-5y=20 +2x +2x ----------- -5y=2x+20 Solve from here (**Hint: divide everything by -5 to isolate y)

OpenStudy (anonymous):

So the answer is C?

HanAkoSolo (jamierox4ev3r):

remember, i don't know the answers.

HanAkoSolo (jamierox4ev3r):

lol... but if C has a negative slope that isn't steep, then you're probably correct

OpenStudy (anonymous):

This is C

OpenStudy (anonymous):

@Jamierox4ev3r

HanAkoSolo (jamierox4ev3r):

No, C wouldn't be correct....can you attach the rest of the answers?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

A:

B:

D:

OpenStudy (anonymous):

@Jamierox4ev3r

HanAkoSolo (jamierox4ev3r):

D it has an intercept of -4. Therefore, that is the correct answer, because that is what you get when you distribute

HanAkoSolo (jamierox4ev3r):

@luJe sorry for the long reply, my internet is extremely unreliable right now
