The Preamble to the Constitution begins with the words “We the People.” What principle of government do these words imply? Governments derive their powers from the consent of the governed. All men are created equal and have inalienable rights to life and liberty. That government is best which governs least. A federal system is based on the division of power
" we the people " is basically implying that everyone is a person. if it is made by the government, but it is being said that they are people, what you you think?
