it's not A because when we want to talk about an action that happened before a past event, we use the past perfect, so we can eliminate A for sure.
and it's not B, so you're on track.
we use the Present Perfect to say that an action happened at an unspecified time before now. the exact time is not important.
what do you think based on this?
